Governing law and jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy shall be construed and governed under the laws of the United States and State of Washington (without regard to rules governing conflicts of laws provisions). Subject to the mandatory arbitration provision as captured in our Terms of Use, you agree that venue for all actions, arising out of or relating in any way to your use of our Site, shall be in federal or state court of competent jurisdiction located in Salt Lake County, Utah, within one (1) year after the claim arises. Each party waives any objections based on forum non conveniens and waives any objection to venue of any action instituted hereunder to the extent that an action is brought in the courts identified above.

We reserve the right to deny a request if the identity or authority of the requesting party cannot be confirmed.
We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days and may request additional information necessary to verify that you are permitted to make the request. We will respond to any verifiable request within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving it, subject to delays and exclusions permitted by law.
